Finally back to Hong Kong!
Although very jet-lagged,
I am loving the food,
the weather and the people!

On my first day out of the house,
I went on a lunch date with my sister at 池記 (chi ji),
a restaurant known for their noodles and won tons.
Then, we went shopping at Homeless - a modern lifestyle & furniture store.

Basta Pasta Night

On our last date before Christmas, we went to Basta Pasta. The last time I went there, I was with my family, I was 13 and they gave me free pasta since they forgot my dish. Now that I'm older, I got to really enjoy the food.

Spaghetti with shiitake mushrooms, mozzarella, basil & fresh tomatoes

Bow-Tie Pasta with home-smoked salmon, asparagus & fresh tomatoes in grain mustard cream sauce

Crespo single crepe wrapped over apple compote & vanilla gelato, served with earl grey tea jelly and roasted almonds

Although we didn't get the ink pasta like David wanted us to, we still really enjoyed our pasta and dessert!

We then got free Street King 6 hour energy drinks!

One night after work, he decided to cook us some yummy cold Japanese Soba Noodles with seaweed and diced beef.
