Home sweet home! These streets never get old. I used to walk this area all the time - from Pottinger Street, to the wet markets, to Soho and to the street food stalls. I feel like a tourist every time I visit. but one thing I do not miss is this humidity! Shop the outfit below!

Rues de HK

Streets of Hong Kong.

Every Christmas, I get to spend 2-3 weeks in Hong Kong with my family. And every year, we'll dress up and party together on New Years Eve - counting down and dancing the morning away till they kick us out. It is probably my favorite time of year. This year, for maximum dancing, flexible movement and little stress, I decided to wear a jumpsuit. Staying classy without having to worry about your dress being stuck in your underwear, or having to constantly pull it down every 5 seconds.

Happy New Year everyone and see you in 2017!

Serenity in the City

During my time in Hong Kong, my friend Jenn (@thatworkinglife) and I decided to catch up over a visit to the Chi Lin Nunnery, which supposedly we visited together during our 5th grade field trip (I don't remember that at all). It was nice to come back and appreciate how beautiful and calm this place is. My favorite part was how you can see the high rises hovering over the temple, but couldn't hear the bustling city (see the last photo). One of my hopes for this year is to save money and travel more. We have a few trips planned during the beginning of this year and I am super excited for it! Do you have any goals for this year?
