Leather Clutch DIY Workshop

Had a wonderful time at the West Elm workshop hosted by Toni! We learned how to handle, stain, weave and stencil on leather and made ourselves an awesome leather clutch! I'm totally obsessed and now I just want to make more bags! If you've always wondered how they make leather goods, this is a great start to satisfy your curiosity! You can follow Toni and see when her next upcoming workshops are!
Tada!

lois greenfield workshop

A few weeks ago, I was blessed to be given the opportunity to work with Lois Greenfield, an eminent dance photographer from New York City. She was invited to teach a workshop for photography majors, giving them tips and hints on how to best capture movement of people and objects.
I also met three very talented high school dancers in Syracuse that wowed me with their awesome dance moves.

shift dance crew

Guest choreographer Phi Tran's hip hop workshop!

The Shift Dance Crew is having their 2nd hip-hop workshop this Saturday, and will also be hosting auditions the following Saturday.

I love performing, there is no doubt about it, but there's something about hosting workshops that really make me excited about dance. Seeing new faces join the dance community, scouting new talent on campus, and even the joy of teaching a group of students. I'm glad that there are still students out there who are willing to come out to learn dance on a Friday night.
