Had an awesome time working with these lovely ladies at this photo shoot, capturing a day in a life of a fashion blogger. It consists of hours of outfit planning the night before, early morning meet ups to do our hair and makeup, choosing a fun location to match our outfits, and doing quick outfit changes in tinted cars. Usually when I have these fashion shoots, I don't have a fancy hair and makeup artist, but it definitely makes a difference in the photos!

Facebook Office in HK

Peep the Facebook office in Hong Kong, located on the 60th of One Island East tower, Quarry Bay, which is on the east side of HK island. The space is designed to reflect and infuse the culture of Hong Kong and the company - high quality furniture, open communal lounge areas, artworks on the walls designed by famous local artists, and an amazing harbor view. What do you think of it? It's quite different from what I think most of us would expect!

Camo

So I've been waiting and looking to buy a cool piece of camo online, but found this little jacket in the men's section of a thrift store for only $15USD! (this guy must be really tiny...) I really don't go to thrift stores that much, but always find pieces that I love when I do! This outfit I would say is probably below $100USD. Clutch! I haven't shopped for clothes much lately, because most of my budget has been going towards decorating my new loft (which I'm excited to photograph later!)

Beautiful Thailand

If you're looking for a relaxing family weekend getaway, I highly recommend Sava Villas at Phang Nga, Thailand.  The area is about a 30 min. drive north from Phuket and is slightly less commercialized...for the time being.  Our family spent a long weekend there and I must say the overall experience exceeded our expectations.  We were blown away by the sleek modern architecture and interior design, but what really topped it off was the service.  We received exceptional service from the minute we walked through the door!  Two very sweet ladies and a chef came to pamper us each day of our stay, and the food was delicious!  Check out the photos below.   We got a chance to walk around the entire development so some of the photos below are from other villas.

We haven't had a complete family trip ever since we all started working and having kids, but we were fortunate enough to get most of us together recently for this one (all except for Courtney, boo) so it was extra special. You can only imagine how the dynamics change with a ridiculously cute grandchild around. :)
