Tee

I've been obsessed with these Urban tees! They're great fit and very comfortable. They fit loosely and run a little bit big. I'm wearing an XS in this and usually wear an S. And these shoes? They're a collaboration between Superga and Man Repeller. The satin material makes the green really pop out. You just can't wear it out on rainy days! Love love love! Although Supergas' are a little heavy, I personally like the thickness of the sole - I can walk in these for days!

Flower Market

Woke up super early to hit the downtown flower market with my friend last Saturday. It was a struggle to get up at 7am after a long time, and be bombarded by vibrant colors and smells with no breakfast in my tummy. But I must say, it was a great way to start the day! I felt super productive afterwards, getting an early start to my day.

Just a few tips if you are planning to go - parking is kind of difficult. There are several open parking lots around the block but they're not the best walk over. We were able to snag a spot on the street one block away. I would suggest going with a friend... If it's your first time around that area, it can be a little bit intimidating. Its $1 admission and flowers are crazy cheap! We got there around 8 and there were still a lot of options to choose from. When we were leaving, they were setting up a farmer's market right outside with food and drinks, but we were in a hurry to leave before our meter was up!

Work Appropriate

Lately, I've been trying to be more wary of my monthly spending. With phone bills, rent, utilities, food and of course shopping, I can really make a dent! Here's an outfit I put together that I can wear to work and wear out for under $100! And yes, like I always say, I only buy comfy clothes..

Gift Ideas for Men

Sooo... It was our two year anniversary the other day and.. I totally forgot!!! I know... I'm such a bad girlfriend :( So I spent a good portion of my day yesterday looking at affordable gift ideas for men and found some pretty awesome stuff! It only took me a long time because I get side tracked and start clicking into things that I want! Tell me I'm not alone on that one. I love gift giving! I love finding presents and then packaging it with cute kraft paper and string. I often end up spending way more for others than I ever would on myself.

Now I can't exactly tell you what I decided to go with because if he reads this, then there'd be no surprise! But let's just say it's none of these... So I'll update you guys after he receives the present. :)

How about a lovely shower kit from Aesop?
Does your man have a beard?
Most guys (that I know) don't usually splurge on nice bath/grooming products but appreciate it if given to them. My colleagues and I had a conversation about guys and their scented products. Most guys will go for the manly man scents like Axe, Old Spice or Dove for Men, but then they really love the girly and fruity smelling shampoo that they got a whiff of from their girlfriends and won't be afraid to use it once or twice!

Does he need a new thin, leather wallet?
How bout a sophisticated manly watch?
